Before optimization, before performance hacks, before stacking ten capsules — get the base right. Hydration. Creatine. Electrolytes. The things your body actually needs, in the amounts it actually needs.
The origin of Tenet — and why everything we build starts with what you're willing to defend.
Most supplement brands start with a formula. We started with a question.
What's the one thing you take every day — and does it actually earn its place? Not the pre-workout that makes your ears ring. Not the eighteen-capsule stack you forget about by Wednesday. The thing you'd still take if nobody was watching, if there were no marketing, no claims, no influencer holding the jar.
For us, the answer was creatine, hydration, magnesium, a clean multivitamin, and something that actually helps you sleep. Five things. Boring, in the best way. So we built Tenet around those — clinical doses, no proprietary blends, no artificial sweeteners.
A tenet is a principle held as fundamentally true. That's the bar. If a product can't clear it, it doesn't get a label.
The supplement industry is loud, overdosed, and overpriced. We built the opposite of that.
Walk the aisle and you'll find 200 products screaming about proprietary blends, exotic energy, and ingredients you can't pronounce. It's noise. We took the inverse: fewer things, clearly labeled, clinically dosed, and honestly priced.
That's it. Five ingredients deep. No filler. No hype. No "performance-blend™" hiding the fact that the active is underdosed. Everything we make has to survive the simplest question: would I take this every single day for a year?
Here's the open secret: the $80 jar on the shelf and the $33 jar in our warehouse usually come from the same three suppliers. Same clinical-dose creatine. Same chelated magnesium. Same third-party lab.
What you're actually paying for at $80 is the retail markup, the distributor cut, the agency that designed the can, and the athlete contract that put a face on the box. None of that makes the product work better.
Tenet sells direct. One website, one warehouse, one price. We cut every middleman that doesn't touch the product, and pass the difference back. That's the whole pricing model. It's not a discount — it's the actual number.
Before optimization, before performance hacks, before stacking ten capsules — get the base right. Hydration. Creatine. Electrolytes. The things your body actually needs, in the amounts it actually needs.
Every ingredient, every dose, every source — on the label, no exceptions. If we wouldn't explain it to your face, we don't put it in the product.
We don't scream. We don't overpromise. We make products that work and let the results do the talking. The loudest brands in the supplement space are almost never the best ones.
Performance isn't a weekend event. It's a daily practice. Our products are built for the 6 AM scoop, every single day. Consistency compounds.
Fewer ingredients, better sourced. Fewer products, better formulated. Fewer words, more meaning. We'd rather do three things exceptionally than thirty adequately.
For people who train like it's their job — even when it isn't.
The 6 AM lifter. The Tuesday-night runner. The parent who'd rather take one thing that works than ten things that might. The person who's tired of cabinets full of half-empty bottles and labels they can't read.
If you've ever stood in front of a supplement shelf and thought this is mostly packaging, Tenet is built for you.
Same formula. Same dose. Same standard. Every batch. Forever.
We will never silently change a dose to cut cost. We will never add a flavor system to mask an ingredient we're embarrassed about. If a supplier raises a price, we eat it before we weaken the formula.
That's the tenet. Hold us to it.
